Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling only applies to available time changes on the date of your original booking. (Subject to availability) If you need to change the date of your booking please cancel your appointment as we do not accept reschedules to future Profile Popup™ dates at this time. Cancellations and no shows will forfeit the booking fee. Cancelled and no-show sessions are subject to a non-refundable $50 session fee.

Additional Face Fee

Each of our offering types and session lengths and pricing are carefully designed for us to be able to provide our clients with the best possible service and photos. For any session where we are asked to photograph an additional person who was not included in the original booking a face fee applies. For Profile Popup the additional face fee is the same fee as the original booker, $100.

RUSH Images

Rush images are only available when PHOTOPHILCRO Studio volume permits. RUSH images are subject to an additional fee with a 5 day turnaround from the time the RUSH invoice is paid.

Image Delivery 

The Proofing Gallery will be sent within 4 days of your session. The Final Images will be processed and delivered within 2-3 weeks of your Image Purchase Order. Please note that by booking a session you agree to a minimum of a 2-3 week turnaround from your session date.

Refunds

Due to the nature of photography, our Studio has a NO REFUND Policy. Any refunds issued are on a case by case basis and determined at our sole discretion.
