HOW IT WORKS + FAQ

Book Online: For our Standard Profile PopUp sessions, simply fill out the booking form and select the date that works for you! A booking fee will be paid upon booking ($25 for 10-30 minute sessions, $50 for 1 hour sessions and above), the rest of the session fee will be charged upon completion of the shoot.

We offer near limitless photography solutions! If you are looking for something more bespoke than the standard offers available, fill out our Inquiry Form to start a conversation.

For studio sessions, arrive on time at the Profile PopUp studio, we have ample free parking available at the studio. Be greeted by your photographer and play! We will then set you up with an account to view your photos and pay your invoice.

You will receive an invoice at the end of your session, which will be payable immediately.

We will provide you a link to your Proofing Gallery through your completed invoice, which will be available within 2 business days of your session. Once the invoice has been paid, you will be able to start your selection process. Follow the steps to select your favourite images and compare them with our handy compare feature.

Once image have been purchased they will sync to our editors dashboard, and will be completed in consecutive order. Processing will be completed within 1-2 weeks.

Wear what you feel comfortable in and have been complimented on! We find that White, Grey, Charcoal, Black, with Navy, Purple, Green, Light Blue often work well for Business colors. We want you to shine and we do not shy away from any outfit choices that showcase your favorite colors or fashion. Tailored outfits that aren’t wrinkly or bulky are great for headshots. Check out what others have worn by clicking the instagram icon in the website footer and see what you like. If you are looking for variety we suggest bringing a blazer or sweater that you can easily layer on top of your existing outfit. Additional fees may apply for secondary outfits.

Your session fee depends on the length of session you choose. Light Retouching Images are $30/image with Every 5th Image complimentary. With our system, you can purchase as many or as few images as you would like so the cost is in your control. Many of our clients purchase some images as soon as they receive the Proofing Gallery and sign back in to purchase more weeks or months later!

Our booking system is currently only Credit Card compatible.

However, we can accept e-transfer and cheques, which are subject to an additional $50 administration fee.

From the time you walk into the Studio our team is hard at work to get you your images as quickly as we are able to. Within four days of your session you will receive an email with your Proofing Gallery link. Purchased Images will enter the editing queue in the order they were received. Our current timeline for delivery of the final images is one - two weeks from your image purchase date.

Each RUSH image is subject to a $50 additional fee and has a 4 day turnaround (From the time payment is received). To inquire about RUSH availability please email hello@profilepopup.com prior to your session.

Our PROFILE POPUP sessions are 10 mins and are carefully designed to capture an individual headshot. Please book individual sessions for each person attending, if you would like to arrive together please book back to back sessions. Light Retouching ($30/image) does not allow custom requests. Our editor will focus on cleaning up the image with subtle skin, wrinkle, shine softening / mild eye and teeth whitening, and simple background cleaning.

Custom Retouching ($50/image) provides a text box where you can make custom editing requests and personal specifications that our editor will follow, within reason.

Deposit receipts are automatically sent alongside the booking confirmation when a person books a session. If the employee booked their own session then please ask them to search their inbox for the email titled "Receipt from PHOTOPHILCRO Inc" and forward it to you.

Usage rights are only granted to the person who pays for the session. If you would like to have additional images taken for you to purchase please have your employer send you an invite to share the Proofing Gallery from your session. (Please note you will need to create a Photosyncro account to view the Gallery)

You can reschedule your booked time to another time on the same booking day. Rescheduling can be done using the “Reschedule this session” link in your booking confirmation email. (Reschedules are subject to same-day availability). If you want reschedule to a different day, you must cancel the appointment and book a new one. Cancellations will forfeit your deposit fee.

How does Profile PopUp Pets work? Book your appointment with a $25 booking fee. Attend your Pet session and complete your session fee payment via credit card. Four days after your session you will receive an email with your Proofing Gallery link. You are in control of selecting the images you love with our easy-to-use Proof and Purchase System. Once you have selected and purchased your images then they enter the editing queue in the order they were received. Our timeline for delivery of the final images is two weeks from your image purchase date.

Can I bring multiple pets? Yes. There is a $50 fee for secondary pet in a 15 min Session. Alternatively, book two back to back sessions to ensure that both pets can get comfortable in front of the camera. Multiple pets must be from the same household.

Why does Profile PopUp Pets prefer photographing one pet at a time? To ensure the clarity and sharpness of your Pet’s face. When adding a secondary Pet to a portrait there is increased probability of one Pet being out of focus.

What background will my pet be photographed on? Pet Portraits are photographed on our signature white background. We also offer a charcoal grey background if requested.

Where is Profile PopUp Pets located? At Profile PopUp Studio – 4640 Manhattan Rd SE, Calgary.

Is there free Parking? Yes. Please park in our parking lot and enter under the Profile PopUp sign.
